Inova's 11 ERs for all ages (and two specialty children’s ERs) offer specialized equipment and staff for life-threatening conditions that need immediate medical attention.
- Open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
Know before you go: ERs are not the right place for common illnesses or minor injuries. ERs should only be used for emergencies.

- Ear infections

Urgent care can be great for times when you need care but can’t get in touch with your regular provider right away, or if you don’t have a primary care provider.

Inova has teamed up with DispatchHealth to bring same-day medical care to your home for urgent, but not life-threatening, health issues.
